Occupational Therapy Student Clinical Educator (Focus: Undergraduate Students)

We are seeking a Permanent Part-Time Occupational Therapy Student Clinical Educator (0.4 EFT, two days a week) at Grade 4 (VG14-VG17) with excellent staff benefits, including 5 weeks of pro-rata annual leave and salary packaging.

The Role
The Grade 4 Occupational Therapy Student Clinical Educator plays a key leadership role in undergraduate clinical education, fostering operational and strategic oversight of the program. This involves collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, including tertiary partners. The ideal candidate is an experienced occupational therapist with a passion for student education.
Qualifications Required
* Occupational therapy qualification with at least 10 years' experience in clinical, education, or leadership roles
* Postgraduate studies in a relevant field or working towards them
* Registration with AHPRA
* Current Victorian Driver's License
Skills & Experience
* Knowledge of education models and program development for occupational therapy students
* Experience in developing clinical education programs and supporting evidence-based practice
* Understanding of student placement processes in Victoria
* Strong teamwork, communication, and negotiation skills
* Leadership skills including supervision, coaching, and mentoring
Desirable
* Experience in e-learning development
* Experience leading change initiatives or project management
