Multiple opportunities for skilled and experienced Mobile Plant Operators, preferably with VOC training, looking for a long-term opportunity on a major infrastructure project near Austral. Your skills will be essential in shaping new development sites through earthmoving and infrastructure installation.
* Licenses: Dump Truck Operator, Skid steer operator, Roller Operator, Bobcat, Water Cart and HR Truck driver onsite
* Rates: $41 - $50 per hour depending on ticket and experience
The Role
* Operating a mobile plant to move dirt and rocks, push dirt for construction, and other essential civil tasks.
* Completing machine pre-start checks and using machine controls and levers with precision.
* Working across different sites and tasks as the project progresses.
* Maintaining a high level of safety awareness, including the ability to navigate uneven ground.
* Assisting with general site housekeeping.
Requirements
* Relevant and valid licenses.
* Experience operating on a civil construction site.
* The ability to get in and out of a machine safely.
* A strong commitment to safety.
* Ability to pass random drug and alcohol tests.
* VOC (Verification of Competency) training is preferred.
* Reliable and a good team player.
