About the Role
The Program Support Officer will assist with the coordination, arrangements, and day‐to‐day management of program logistics and associated administrative activities related to international participants.
The contractor will provide program support services at an APS Level 5 equivalent, including but not limited to:
* Coordinating program logistics such as venues, schedules, events, briefings and site visits
* Supporting development of program materials, agendas and schedules
* Liaising with stakeholders, presenters, service providers and partners
* Managing travel, accommodation and acting as a key contact for international participants
* Preparing and maintaining program documentation, records and correspondence
* Supporting agreements, enquiries and administrative processes
* Assisting with financial administration, data entry, reporting and reconciliations
* Providing general administrative and coordination support across program activities

* Strong program and logistics coordination skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities
* Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
* High-level administrative and organisational capability with strong attention to detail
* Experience with financial administration and maintaining accurate records in systems
* Ability to work independently, use initiative, and exercise sound judgement
* Strong client service focus, with the ability to support diverse and international participants
