Commodore Motel Mildura is a locally owned accommodation property in Mildura providing a high standard of accommodation for traveling tourists, families and corporate clientele.
We are looking for Guest Service Attendants to join our growing team at Commodore Motel Mildura.
About the Role
The primary role entails a warm and friendly welcome to all guests, ensuring they have a positive and memorable first impression. Beyond the initial greetings, you will be expected to fulfill guests needs as well as going the extra mile to provide personalised and attentive service. We expect the candidate to have a passionate personality for providing outstanding customers to welcome them to their home away from home.
You will also be expected to provide expert recommendations regarding local attractions, restaurants, events and activities.
As a guest services attendant you will be expected to work in a team as well as independently being able to prioritize workloads and ensuring smooth daily operations.
Within the role there is an expectation for the guest service attendant to assist with certain elements within our restaurant and conference room.
Successful Candidates
The desirable candidate for the role will bring a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service as well as creating memorable guest experiences within the hospitality sector. Previous experience within the hotel/accommodation sector is advantageous. If you are a successful candidate we will provide on the job training, as well as any specialty training for certificates that may be required for your role. This role will start as a Casual Position and will grow into a Part Time position. * On-the-job training and any required certificates will be provided.
* Role starts as Casual with potential progression to Part Time.
