About the role
As a Customer Service Consultant you will be the first point of contact at our Customer Experience Centre. You will provide accurate assistance with enquiries, product recommendations, and order processing, ensuring every interaction reflects a high standard of care and professionalism.
You will also support operational teams, assist with recognition programs and events, and help maintain a polished and welcoming reception area.

Key responsibilities
Customer Experience
• Create a positive first impression and engage meaningfully with customers
• Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
• Build and maintain product and process knowledge
• Manage enquiries, process payments and orders accurately
• Support returns, exchanges, and recognition administration
• Maintain a clean, organised, and professional reception and centre environment
• Balance the reception cash box and coordinate with finance
• Prepare meeting rooms and assist with events
• Provide general support to internal departments as needed
Chinese Language and Cultural Support
• Act as the main contact for Chinese speaking customers and visitors
• Communicate fluently in Mandarin and English
• Demonstrate understanding of Chinese cultural practices
• Use WeChat to support customer communication

About you
Technical capability
• Two or more years of customer service or reception experience
• Strong computer literacy including MS Office
• Familiarity with office administration processes
• High accuracy when processing orders and handling customer requests
• Ability to manage competing priorities
