Project Coordinator
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced and highly motivated Project Coordinator to join our team.
1. Job Description: As a key member of the project delivery team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
2. Responsibilities:
* Coordinate and administer the delivery, installation, and removal of transportable buildings.
* Be the primary point of contact for clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.
* Compile project files and ensure completion of all required documents.
* Book all required subcontractors and suppliers.
* Document and track all project-related costs.
* Create and submit required HSEQ paperwork.
* Raise purchase orders.
* Invoice clients for completed work.
As a successful Project Coordinator, you will have excellent organisational skills, strong attention to detail, and strong communication skills. You will also have demonstrated experience in a similar Project or Operational Support/Admin role, as well as previous exposure to the Construction, building, or engineering industry.
