We are seeking confident, caring educators to become part of our team and to:
* Assist in preparing and maintaining reports on children's work, interactions, attendance, and incidents.
* Assisting with the preparation of written communication including necessary documents related to children's activities and events.
* Maintaining and organizing confidential files, including attendance records, incident logs, and safety documents for both internal use and external activities.
* Ensure all areas are well prepared with the necessary equipment making sure a clean and safe environment is maintained for both staff and children
* Handling parental inquiries, highlighting urgent matters to the Centre Manager or other relevant staff
* Assisting in the organization of excursions and events, including coordinating logistics, processing parental consent forms, and ensuring all necessary permissions, and safety protocols are followed.
* Attending relevant meetings with the Art Studio Coordinator, and educators, ensuring action items are followed up.
* Ensure that the Centre's policies and procedures are adhered to
The successful applicant will:
* have a Diploma of Children's Services, early childhood care education degree or an ACECQA approved equivalent.
* have a working with children card
* have a medical certificate confirming they are fit to work in children's services or be willing to obtain one
* be well presented
* be willing to learn
* be able to work as part of a team
Wages and bonuses are linked to qualifications and performance.
Applicant must be able to work 37.5 hours Monday to Friday between the hours of 6.30am-6.00pm.
