Your new role
As Program Manager, you'll lead the early-stage planning and delivery of a large and highly visible technology implementation. You'll be responsible for developing the business case, securing full funding, and establishing program governance. This role requires strong leadership across internal and external stakeholders, including international vendors, and the ability to navigate complex delivery environments.
What you'll need to succeed
* Proven experience delivering large-scale transformation programs, ideally in energy or utilities
* Strong capability in managing up and down across diverse stakeholder groups
* Experience working with international vendors and remote delivery and support models
* Ability to lead business case development and funding approval processes
* Exceptional communication, governance, and risk management skills
