Workforce Staffing Coordinator

A global leader in e-commerce and logistics is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Workforce Staffing Coordinator to join their team on a full-time basis. This role offers the possibility of extension and is ideally suited to someone looking to grow with the business and build a long-term career.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the recruitment and onboarding of new associates across Fulfilment Centres, Delivery Stations, and Sort Centres, including managing relationships with casual labour agencies.
- Support labour planning and entry-level analysis to meet high-volume operational staffing requirements.
- Assist with auditing compliance against defined processes and procedures, including Salesforce management, eligibility checks, reporting, and associate experience.
- Continuously identify and implement opportunities for process improvements.
- Build strong communication channels and manage relationships with stakeholders in a fast-paced workplace.
- Undertake other reasonable duties as requested by Workforce Staffing Managers or Specialists.
Basic Qualifications
- At least 6 months of workforce planning experience.
- At least 6 months of customer service experience.
- At least 6 months of experience using Microsoft Office products and applications.
- A high school qualification (or equivalent).
- Experience working in confidential environments.
Preferred Qualifications
- 1+ years of workforce planning experience.
- 1+ years of customer service experience.
- 1+ years of experience with Microsoft Office products and applications.
Additional Requirements
