About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and self-driven Warehouse & Logistics Coordinator to join our growing team.
This is not your standard warehouse role. We are looking for someone who wants to take ownership, contribute ideas, and help build and improve the way our warehouse and logistics operations function.
You will be responsible for the full day-to-day warehouse operation including goods receivable, dispatch, freight coordination, stock management, supplier follow-up, and logistics coordination. Over time, the role is expected to expand into purchasing and broader supply chain responsibilities.
This position would suit someone who enjoys variety, thrives in a hands-on environment, and takes pride in creating efficient systems and processes.
Key Responsibilities
* Goods receivable and dispatch operations
* Picking, packing and coordinating outgoing freight
* Managing incoming deliveries and supplier shipments
* Coordinating transport and logistics requirements
* Communicating with customers regarding delivery schedules and order updates
* Maintaining accurate stock control and inventory management
* Monitoring and following up outstanding purchase orders with suppliers
* Ordering and managing warehouse/factory consumables and supplies
* Assisting with material flow planning throughout the business
* Identifying and implementing process improvements
* Working closely with management to help establish and improve warehouse procedures and systems
* Future involvement in purchasing and raw material procurement

* Is reliable, adaptable and proactive
* Has previous warehouse, logistics, inventory, or supply chain experience (preferred)
