About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Finance/Business Administrator to join our team. This opportunity is ideal for individuals with strong attention to detail and a solid background in supporting finance teams through accurate transaction processing and efficient administrative support.
This role will see you assist with budgeting, financial reporting, and compliance within a critical operational setting.
Key Responsibilities
* Financial Transactions: Process financial transactions and maintain accurate financial records.
* Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support to the finance team, including handling correspondence and scheduling.
* Budgeting and Reporting: Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and preparation of financial reports.
* Compliance: Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
Requirements
* Experience: 1–2 years' experience in a finance administrative role.
* Technical Skills: Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook.
* Knowledge: Strong knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
* Educational Qualifications: Certificate or higher in Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a related field (desirable).
