Our client, a renowned 5-star Japanese airline, is currently seeking a Cargo Coordinator Agent to support and manage daily cargo operations at Perth Airport. If you have relevant experience and a passion for aviation, we encourage you to apply!
Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and oversee cargo handling, ramp operations, and general airport activities.
- Ensure smooth and timely execution of operational tasks.
- Provide administrative and office support as needed.
- Act as a representative of the airline, supervising operations carried out by partner companies.
- Take on additional responsibilities as required, including ad hoc tasks and multitasking assignments.
Candidate's Profile
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Experience in cargo operations will be highly regarded.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Japanese language skills are a plus, but not essential.
- Genuine interest in Japan, its culture, or language is essential.
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Self-driven and collaborative team player.
- Prior experience in a similar airline or airport operations role is highly valued.
- Flexible to work shifts:
- Flight days: 15:00 – 23:00
- Non-flight days: 9:00 – 17:00 or 10:00 – 18:00
