Are you seeking a role that combines commercial acumen with operational expertise? We have an exciting opportunity for an entry-level Commercial Analyst to join our team on a 3-month contract, covering paternity leave, with potential for ongoing work.

This position offers the chance to gain practical experience in a high-impact role, working closely with our Sales and Customer Service teams to enhance our operations, insights, and internal systems. You will be responsible for supporting sales performance analysis through reporting, pricing, and contract reviews.

* Working on key commercial initiatives such as forecasting, demand planning, and stock control.
* Reviewing, organising, and overhauling internal administrative systems and filing structures.
* Assisting with contract management, customer queries, and rebate tracking.
* Building and maintaining internal databases and process documentation.
* Preparing reports and dashboards using Excel and other tools to identify trends and insights.

We are looking for someone with strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a keen eye for detail. You should be comfortable using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and have experience with reporting tools or databases would be an added advantage.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess:

* Strong Analytical Skills: Excellent ability to collect, analyse, and interpret data.
* Excellent Communication Abilities: Clear and concise communication style both verbally and in writing.
* Keen Eye for Detail: High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
* Microsoft Office Proficiency: Comfortable using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
* Experience with Reporting Tools or Databases: Experience with reporting tools or databases would be an added advantage.
