Cloud Data Platform Sales Leadership Opportunity

We are looking for a seasoned sales leader to create, expand, and retain revenue for our product lines in the APAC Region.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Develop strategic plans to maximize sales and meet profit goals within assigned accounts/territories.
* Cultivate and maintain executive-level relationships across various Lines of Business, focusing on strategic partnerships.
* Meet and/or exceed sales quotas and customer satisfaction metrics.
* Undertake direct prospecting activities to target enterprises.
* Develop a strong pipeline of deals through direct and partner field collaboration activities.
* Promote Actian products with End Users, SI, BI, and ISV partner communities.
Essential Qualifications:
* Sales and Account Management Experience: 7+ years in data management.
* High-Tech Enterprise Software Sales Experience: Inside and outside sales experience required.
* Team leadership skills.
* Proven ability to engage, negotiate, and win new relationships at CXO level in targeted markets.
* Previous knowledge of SaaS, Cloud, Analytics, Database, Data Governance, and ETL technologies.
* Understanding of recent cloud trends and key vendor products.
* Proven track record in selling and positioning IT solutions.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and Sales Automation Tools.
* Minimum bachelor's degree from a leading university or equivalent experience.
* Very strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Ability to speak and present to large business audiences.
* Team player with a positive attitude and good customer service skills.
* High levels of self-motivation, adaptability, and ability to handle multiple responsibilities independently.
* Able to meet team goals.
