A & M Marine is a family-owned business based at Port Bouvard Marina, Wannanup, just south of Mandurah. After 16 years of steady growth, we're entering an exciting new phase—expanding to a second location and operating two local Suzuki Outboard dealerships servicing Wannanup, Port Kennedy and Rockingham.
We're now looking for the right person to join our team—someone who genuinely cares about their work, our clients, and the reputation they build every day.

About the Role
This is an opportunity to become part of a growing, well-established marine business with long-term prospects. You'll work across a range of marine petrol engines and play a key role in supporting our expansion.
You Will:
* Work independently with confidence and professionalism
* Deliver consistent, high-quality service across all makes and models of marine petrol engines
* Accurately diagnose and repair running issues
* Clearly communicate findings and solutions to customers
* Contribute positively as a team player to help A & M Marine continue to grow and lead the market
* Maintain a safe, drug- and alcohol-free workplace for yourself and the team
You Will Need:
* Fully qualified Marine Mechanical Technician
* Manual driver's licence
* Valid forklift ticket
* Strong attention to detail and pride in your workmanship
