This Pharmacy is proudly part of a network of community pharmacies and is in an exciting growth phase across Toowoomba and the Darling Downs. They are seeking a motivated, patient-focused pharmacist to join their multidisciplinary team delivering high-quality clinical and community-based care. This is a new role created by growth—not a replacement due to turnover.

About the Role
You will play a key role in expanding and delivering clinical services, with direct patient interaction and collaboration across a diverse and experienced health team.
Key responsibilities include:
* Dispensing medications accurately and compliantly
* Delivering Foundational Services, and Allied Health Services
* Supporting the Health Focus Calendar and HBF Alliance programs
* Providing immunisations, medication reviews, and health education
* Contributing to team training, service implementation, and business goals
* Participating in a culture of continuous improvement, safety, and professionalism
About You
* Current AHPRA registration as a pharmacist
* Completion of (or willingness to undertake) service training
* PSA or Guild immunisation accreditation (preferred)
* Strong communication skills and clinical judgement
* Committed to delivering person-centred care in a team-based environment
* Detail-oriented, adaptable, and eager to grow professionally
* Availability for a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays
