The Role:
Cater Care Retail seeks to appoint a committed Food & Beverage Supervisor to join our quick-service retail operation at Newcastle Airport
What This Role Involves:
* Support the clear direction to team members on shift
* Ensuring that the food & service standards are of exceptional quality
* Assist in staff operations, including scheduling shifts and managing labor resources
* Supervise stock, inventory and cash
* Ensuring compliance with health/safety regulations and site policies/procedures
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
* Previous supervisory experience (minimum 6 months)
* Ability to supervise staff implement leadership skills
* Cash, stock and labour control skills
* Dispute management/conflict resolution skills
* Flexibility across work days/hours
