Overview
The Small Animal Specialist Hospital (SASH) is the largest, privately owned network of veterinary hospitals in the Southern Hemisphere, offering multi-disciplinary specialist and emergency services across multiple locations. This is an exciting opportunity to be the first radiologist in our rapidly growing Gold Coast team. You will join a network-wide radiology team and work with colleagues across departments. This is a full-time position; a part-time arrangement may be considered for the right candidate.
Responsibilities
* Join the Gold Coast as the first dedicated radiologist on-site in a brand new hospital (6 months old).
* Support established specialist services in Surgery, Medicine, Neurology and Neurosurgery, Emergency and Critical Care, and Anaesthesia.
* Collaborate with the network-wide radiology team (10 Radiologists, 2 Registrars, 2 residents) to ensure smooth operations.
* Work with on-site radiographers who operate cross-sectional imaging modalities.
Qualifications
* Board-certified radiologist with American, European or Australian qualifications (DACVR, DECVDI or FANZCVS) and eligible to practice in Australia.
* Candidates who have completed an approved training program but are yet to sit exams are encouraged to apply.
