ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking a detail orientated, highly organised Office Administration Officer to support the day‐to‐day operations.
This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working in a fast‐paced setting, solving problems, supporting internal teams.
You'll be the backbone of the office, supporting both Sales and Accounts teams with administrative tasks to ensure essential business processes run smoothly.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
* General administration and office support
* Managing email enquiries
* Preparing and processing documentation
* Data entry and maintaining accurate records
* Liaising with clients, subcontractors and homeowners
* Supporting the team with day‐to‐day operational tasks

* Previous experience in administration or office support roles
* Comfortable working in a fast‐paced cross functional workplace
* Strong organisational and time management skills
* Strong sense of initiative
* High attention to detail
* Willingness to learn
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage confidential information
* Ability to manage deadlines and multiple tasks
* A positive, can‐do attitude and team‐focused mindset
* Proficient in Microsoft Office
* MYOB and accounting software preferred but not essential
