Office Manager and Team Coordinator Role
Job Description:
At our organization, we are seeking an experienced office manager and team coordinator to provide business support, administrative functions, and oversee the general running of our Canberra office. The successful candidate will work closely with our Investment Solutions Group and other operations teams to deliver excellent results.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide exceptional business support activities including diary management, coordination of travel bookings, and organisation of events.
* Oversee the general running of the office, including reception services, liaison with building management, maintenance, and contractors, and health and safety duties.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Relevant experience as an office manager, executive PA or team coordinator, preferably within a financial services environment.
* Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects.
* Flexibility, initiative, and the ability to learn on the job.
* Strong written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills.
* Demonstrated Microsoft Office skills, particularly PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
