You will be responsible for providing holistic customer support, including resolving technical issues and promoting parts and service sales solutions to achieve business objectives.
In addition, you will work closely with our customers to understand their needs and preferences, and use this information to build long-term relationships and drive business growth.
The ideal candidate will have a trade qualification in mechanical or electrical discipline and demonstrated success in a similar role.
