Job Description
We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our team as a specialist in corporate affairs. The successful candidate will provide expert advice and support to various teams, including decommissioning, operations, and project delivery teams.
The role requires a high level of communication, consultation, and engagement skills to deliver consultation and communication materials to internal stakeholders and external parties.
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the energy industry and its relationship with interested parties and community representatives.
Key Responsibilities
* Support corporate affairs accountabilities for environmental approvals, including consultation, communication, and regulatory engagements.
* Work alongside multi-disciplinary teams to deliver consultation, including First Nation engagements.
* Provide corporate affairs inputs to meet project schedules and operational objectives.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* At least 3-5 years of corporate affairs, First Nation, or stakeholder engagement related experience.
* Bachelor level degree in communications, commerce, archaeology, anthropology, political science, legal, or related fields.
* Awareness of Australian political environment.
* Understanding of community issues that interface with our business.
* Demonstrated ability as a team player, enabler, and ability to work independently and within a diverse team.
