Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Property Manager role based in Brisbane, New Farm, QLD. The Property Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of commercial properties, including tenant relations, lease administration, and property maintenance. Key responsibilities include managing budgets, coordinating property inspections, overseeing contractors, resolving tenant concerns, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. The role also emphasizes effective communication with all stakeholders and ensuring a smooth and efficient property management process.
Qualifications
* 2 year experience in commercial property management
* Experience in building maintenance coordination and contractor management
* Strong budgeting, financial reporting, and compliance knowledge
* Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
* Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Familiarity with property management software - Cirrus 8 (ideal)
