As a Concierge in this supervisory role, you will be responsible for ensuring high standards of service are achieved and maintained.
Key Responsibilities
* You will assist the Front Office Manager to achieve and maintain high service standards.
* You will oversee the Concierge desk to ensure daily operations are efficient and guests are responded to promptly.
* You will supervise team members and provide leadership to ensure maximum productivity and guest satisfaction.
* You will efficiently handle issues and minimise guest concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements
* A minimum of 5 star hotel experience is required.
* Leadership experience with the ability to motivate and engage the team is essential.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills are necessary.
* Flexibility to work across a 7 day roster is required.
* A current Australian open drivers' licence is also necessary.
