The team partners with stakeholders across the Group, to provide expertise and insights on balance sheet management. See yourself in our Team We are looking for a Manager for Liquidity Reporting within our Balance Sheet Efficiency & Resilience Team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to use your skills to redefine how data and analytics are used to drive strategic insights and ensure the team continues to report accurate liquidity metrics. As a Manager, you will: Support Group Treasury in managing the Group’s balance sheet, including optimising our usage of liquidity, and forecasting our funding strategy. Drive continuous improvement of our reporting processes and analytics capabilities to deliver accurate reporting and actionable insights. Prepare high-quality presentations and reports to communicate key insights to senior leadership. Work with and maintain strong collaborative relationships with stakeholders across the Group, including Business Units, Finance and Risk. Mentor a team of Analysts and Senior Analysts, fostering a strong team culture. We’re interested in hearing from people who have Tertiary qualifications in finance, accounting, economics, engineering, or similar discipline. Proficiency in data management and programming skills (SQL and Python). Understanding of the Australian prudential regulatory environment, in particular APS 210 is preferred. Strong organisational, planning, and project management skills, with a proven ability to deliver high-quality outcomes under pressure and within tight timeframes. Ability to interact with a large and varied stakeholder group. Ability to develop and manage sustained relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
