What are we looking for?
We are now seeking a Receptionist/Trainee Junior Legal Assistant to join our busy and thriving Geelong office. This role is a full-time opportunity and a great introduction to the Work + Road team.
- This exciting role will have you supporting our Workers Compensation and Motor Vehicle Accidents practices in addition to the general reception duties. You will be liaising directly with our Geelong team and clients. You will be responsible for:
- Attending to client queries and telephone calls
- Arranging appointments and diary management
- Preparing meeting rooms and video conference bookings
- General banking duties
- Paying invoices
- Archiving
- File and mail management
- All other administrative tasks
What will you bring?- Experience with Microsoft office suite
- Outstanding communication and customer service
- Excellent attention to detail
- Demonstrated organisational skills and the ability to multi-task
- Ability to work autonomously as well as in a team environment
- A willingness to learn
- Experience in professional services or previous front of house reception experience preferred but not essential
