Production Manager Role
This role is key in delivering success at the heart of the Australian goldfields.
* Prioritise work orders, manage staffing levels and rosters to ensure sufficient resources are available to meet turnaround and production targets.
* Assess operations with a view to increasing productivity, safety and teamwork. Review workflows and procedures to maximise efficiency and minimise waste.
* Ensure human resource management and health, safety and environment practices are followed.
* Liaise with other facilities to ensure client deadlines are met, production targets are optimised, and process efficiencies are maximised.
* Manage compliance with safety, health, environmental, quality and relevant industry standards.
* Report on production, incident investigations, log maintenance requests and roll out HR initiatives.
* Advise on equipment purchases, undertake preparation of CEP documents and authorise the purchase of consumables.
