About The Role
We're looking for a compassionate and organised Assistant Village Manager to join our Gympie community in a part‐time role working Monday, Thursday & Friday (18 hours per week).
In this role, you'll support the Village Manager to ensure smooth daily operations and an exceptional resident experience. You'll play an important role in maintaining a well‐run, supportive and engaging village environment at Eureka Freshwater Villas Gympie.
Key responsibilities
* Provide administrative support to the Village Manager including email management, appointment scheduling and day‐to‐day correspondence.
* Maintain accurate resident and village records, ensuring all documentation, databases, lease files and tenancy lifecycle tasks are completed accurately and on time.
* Manage mail, office supplies and general office organisation.
* Ensure timely follow‐up and communication with residents, contractors and internal stakeholders.
* Support village safety, WHS and compliance activities including hazard identification, incident reporting, safety logs, registers and audits.
* Coordinate contractors and maintenance activities, assisting with scheduling, facilities tasks and adherence to organisational policies and procedures.
* Help keep communal areas clean, safe and well presented.
* Foster respectful relationships, assist with village activities and events, and contribute to a warm, supportive village culture.
About You

* Strong administrative and organisational capability

* Ability to work independently and collaboratively
* Experience in residential, property, community or seniors living (desired)
* Certificate III in Business Administration or similar (desired)
