We're Looking For a… Communication Specialist who can shape Stockland’s narrative across internal and external channels, ensuring our message is clear, consistent and aligned to our strategic priorities. What You’ll Do Deliver high-quality internal and external communication that strengthens Stockland’s reputation and supports the Corporate Affairs strategy. Work closely with the Head of Communications and senior leaders to ensure consistent, impactful messaging across the organisation. Lead content development across internal channels (intranet, employee email, Viva Engage) and external channels (earned, owned and shared media). Project manage key corporate communication initiatives including HYR/FYR, Investor Days, employee roadshows and major enterprise announcements. Drive best-practice communication delivery through strong stakeholder engagement, content planning, analytics, and continuous improvement. About You You’re passionate about shaping corporate narratives and creating communication that informs, engages and inspires. You have a background in journalism or written communication and thrive in dynamic environments. You enjoy partnering with senior stakeholders and want a role where your work directly supports organisational reputation and impact. Experience & Skills That Count 3 years' experience in journalism, media relations or corporate affairs, ideally in an ASX-listed or regulated environment. Strong digital communications capability across LinkedIn, Meta and corporate channels, with confidence using analytics and digital listening tools. Demonstrated media relations expertise and established journalist connections. Exceptional written communication skills, including pitches, media releases and Q&A briefs. Experience delivering internal communications across intranet, employee channels and company events.
