Care Point Medical Clinic is looking for a Dynamic Medical Admin.
Must have experience in Reception roles.
This is casual however we are not looking for a short-term commitment.
Might be required to work in 2 locations.
You will be part of a dedicated medical team that provides the highest quality GP services with exceptional patient care in a very busy practice.
The Role
Along with providing exceptional customer service, your daily duties will include:
* Scheduling and processing patient appointments for GP's and Specialists
* Manage patient invoicing and receipting.
* Managing telephone enquiries
* Handle complaints and deal with Medicare related issues.
Skills and Experience
As first point of contact for our patients, we require the following:
* A professional, patient and courteous manner
* Excellent articulation and telephone manner
* Exceptional attention to detail
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
* Strong multitasking capabilities
Essential for Job
* CPR certificate
* Immunisations
* Must have a car as need to work in 2 locations in Casuarina and Palmerston.
Training
On-site training and support will be provided. You must be a quick learner and able to process a high volume of new information quickly.
