About the role
Katanning Betta is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales/Customer Care Representative to join our team in Katanning, WA. This is a casual role, with the possibility of permanent/full time, offering flexible work arrangements to suit your lifestyle. As a Sales/Customer Care Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and assisting customers with their purchasing decisions.
If you can:
- Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner. We treat our customers like family.
- Actively listen to customers to understand their needs and requirements.
- Demonstrate and showcase our products, ensuring customers are fully informed.
- Provide knowledgeable advice and guidance to help customers find the best solutions.
- Process sales transactions and handle customer inquiries and concerns.
- Maintain a tidy and organised store environment.
- Contribute to the overall success of the store through sales and customer satisfaction.
If you have:
- Previous experience in a sales or customer service role, preferably in the retail or home appliance industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanour.
- Strong product knowledge or the ability to quickly learn about new products.
- Passion for providing exceptional customer service and a genuine desire to help customers.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and contribute to a positive work culture.
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends.
