What you’ll do:
* Install, commission, and maintain premium solar PV systems and battery storage solutions for homes and businesses
* Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues on renewable energy installations
* Deliver high-quality, safe workmanship while upholding strict industry standards
* Work collaboratively with our team — whether stepping into a leadership role with experienced tradespeople or growing into one with full training and support
* Provide excellent technical advice and service to our customers
Experienced electricians may take on team leadership and mentoring responsibilities, while those new to solar will receive comprehensive training and pathway support toward SAA Grid Connect PV and Battery accreditations.

Remuneration:
Salary or subcontractor rates are highly negotiable based on your accreditations, experience and performance. Top performers can enjoy very competitive earnings well into six figures with incentives.
