Stream B Level 5 - $71,041 plus superannuation

+ annualised allowance of $2682+ 9-day fortnight


Plant Operator – Parks Maintenance – (mower operations focus)

Stream B Level 4 - $69,746 plus superannuation

+ annualised allowance of $2682+ 9-day fortnight

We’re Looking For Horticulturists And Plant Operators, Team Leaders To Be a Part Of This Next Chapter. These Offer The Opportunity To

Use modern parks equipment as part of a coordinated crew, with Team Leaders working alongside you and using mobile apps to guide daily tasks and deliver prescribed maintenance programs within a category and territory based approach. Work with strong safety practices and reliable digital systems, helping your team stay aligned and produce consistent, high‑quality results across parks and open spaces.Use GIS mapping, field apps, and the TechOne platform to access work orders, record activity, navigate assets, and support accurate, real‑time delivery of maintenance programs across your assigned area.Grow your skills through real development opportunities, supported by experienced Team Leaders and a team culture that encourages learning and progression in parks maintenance.

What You’ll Need For Success

Certificate III in horticulture or similar and/or equivalent relevant experienceExperience operating parks specific equipment including mowers, trimmers, blowers and other grounds-maintenance machinery to ensure safe, high quality upkeep of parks and open spacesExperience using digital and mapping tools to assist your workA strong commitment to workplace health and safetyMR licence, or the ability to obtainConstruction White Card
