About the role
We are seeking a skilled and professional Receptionist to join our dynamic team at Think Water's Alice Springs branch. As the first point of contact for our valued customers, this full-time role is crucial in providing exceptional customer service and supporting the overall operations of our business. Based in the heart of Alice Springs, you will play a pivotal part in creating a positive brand experience for all who interact with our company.
What you'll be doing
1. Greet and welcome all visitors and customers in a friendly and courteous manner
2. Manage incoming phone calls, emails, and correspondence, providing prompt and efficient assistance
3. Maintain a professional and organised reception area, ensuring it is well-presented at all times
4. Provide administrative support to the broader team, including data entry, filing, and other clerical duties
5. Assist with the coordination of meetings, appointments, and schedules
6. Contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment
What we're looking for
1. Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a reception or administrative capacity
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with a diverse range of stakeholders
3. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
4. Proficient in using various office software, including Microsoft Office suite
5. Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), multi-line phone systems, and basic data entry with good typing accuracy
6. A friendly, professional, and adaptable approach to work
7. Reliable and punctual with a commitment to providing high-quality service
8. Minimum 1-2 years of customer service experience, with reception or front desk experience preferred
9. Australian work rights (citizenship, permanent residency, or valid work visa)
