Home and Garden Direct is the Gardening and Home Maintenance division of Direct Care Australia. Direct Care Australia is a NDIS registered provider and Home Care Package Provider who support NDIS participants, Aged Care participants and private customers each week in their domestic gardening, cleaning, and household needs.

As a highly visible representative of the organization, the Gardener/Handyperson enhances Direct Care Australia's reputation as a provider of choice through their commitment to service excellence and customer satisfaction.
Essential Criteria
* Current Driver's License and the ability to travel.
* NDIS Worker Check (or willing to acquire)
* National Police Check
* First Aid & CPR Certificate
* Working at Heights
* Gardening and Home Maintenance experience (desirable)
* A positive and friendly attitude
Also MUST have the following:
* Ability to provide person-centred and consumer-directed care
* Availability to work across 5 days
* Excellent written and spoken language skills
