Facilities Operations Manager
We are seeking a skilled facilities professional to oversee various services and contracts at our headquarters. The ideal candidate will have experience in contract management, service levels, maintenance schedules, reactive maintenance, contractor performance, and security systems.
* Manage security services, including access control, CCTV, alarms, key systems, incident support, and investigations
* Ensure high standards are met and maintained through effective contract management
* Drive continuous improvement in cost, compliance, and service through contractor performance management
* Coordinate small facility projects and contractor schedules
* Maintain site appearance and uphold physical security standards
* Support asset management, space planning, document storage, and secure disposals
* Contribute to internal audits, self-insurance initiatives, and legal standards
Key Requirements:
* Site security with exposure to security systems (access, CCTV, alarms)
* Contractor management, planning, communication, and interpersonal skills
* Excellent project coordination
* Attention to detail with a proactive, improvement-focused mindset
* Proficiency in MS office, particularly Excel
* Horticulture, waste/scrap management, canteen operations knowledge or experience is highly regarded
