Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute growth strategies that align with our business objectives and drive substantial revenue growth.
* Oversee a mix of marketing channels, ensuring the right balance between mature, emerging, and experimental platforms.
* Provide strategic oversight for established channels (Google Ads, SEO, CRM, paid social), and be hands-on when necessary.
* Take a hands-on approach to emerging channels such as Bing PPC and Spotify advertising, from pilot testing to full-scale execution.
* Identify new, innovative channels (e.g., TikTok, YouTube) and assess their potential impact through market research and feasibility studies.
* Use advanced analytics tools (GA4, Looker Studio, Data Studio) to track performance, optimise spend, and maximise ROI.
* Implement rigorous monitoring and reporting systems to ensure alignment with revenue, CAC, LTV, and conversion rate targets.
* Manage budget distribution across channels to maximise impact and ROI, prioritising high-performing channels while testing new opportunities.
* Work closely with SEO, CRM, CRO, compliance, and product teams to create an integrated approach to growth.
* Lead and expand a team of channel specialists, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.
* Communicate channel performance and growth strategies to senior leadership and stakeholders.



About the Role

They will be able to provide strategic oversight for established channels and take a hands-on approach to emerging channels. The successful candidate will also be able to identify new, innovative channels and assess their potential impact through market research and feasibility studies.
