Our client, ERINFAIR PTY LTD T/AS Bunbury Farmers Markets seeks experienced Bakers.
Duties & Responsibilities
* Preparation and production of quality bakery products
* Preparing, mixing, cutting, and shaping dough ready for baking
* Monitoring proving, baking and cooling times
* Operating machines and tools to prepare bakery products
* Ensuring the implementation of hygiene standards in the workplace
Qualifications and Experience
* At least 3 years of experience
* All relevant experience will be considered and for applicants with a relevant Australian trade certificate or qualification / training, less experience will be considered
* A positive, friendly, and enthusiastic attitude and ability to work well in a team
* The ability to excel under pressure in a high-volume environment with excellent problem-solving skills
* Well-developed communication and team skills
* Attention to detail with a focus on consistency
Salary
The Annual Salary is $73,150 - $75,000 commensurate to qualifications, skills, & experience.
