This 6-month contract position is available for 10 customer service representatives with the NSW Government in Gosford.

Key Responsibilities:
* Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email or other communication channels
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions
* Provide timely and effective solutions to customer complaints and issues
Requirements:
* Degree in a related field (e.g. communications, business) or equivalent experience
* Strong background in customer service, including experience in high-volume call centers
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
