Are you an experienced Swim School Leader with a passion for aquatics, team leadership, and delivering outstanding in-water experiences?
Centenary Pool is seeking a dynamic and hands-on Swim School Manager to lead one of Brisbane's busiest Learn to Swim programs, making a real difference for children, families, and the community.
This is a leadership role with real responsibility; you will oversee the growth, quality, and success of the program, support a team of instructors, engage with families, and drive the operational and community success of the swim school.

Key Responsibilities
Program & In-Water Leadership
Maintain high teaching standards across all levels, from infants to squads.
Foster a culture of engagement, progression, and excellence in every lesson.
Be visible and hands-on on the pool deck, supporting staff and engaging with families.
Continuously evolve the program in collaboration with senior leadership.
Team Leadership & Development
Lead, mentor, and support a large team of instructors and supervisors.
Drive team engagement, coaching, and recognition.
Build a strong leadership and mentoring culture within the swim school.
Growth, Customer Experience & Community Engagement
Deliver exceptional customer experiences to support student progression and parent satisfaction.
Lead outreach, partnerships, and engagement with schools and local community groups.
Support marketing initiatives to drive enrolments and participation growth.
Operations & Day-to-Day Management
Responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the swim school, including program scheduling, enrollment management, compliance with industry regulations, and maintaining a safe learning environment for all participants.
Monitor program performance, track KPIs, and report to senior leadership.
Ensure the swim school runs smoothly, efficiently, and safely at all times.
About You
Experienced managing or assisting in the leadership of a large swim school.
Strong, visible leader who enjoys being active on the pool deck, not stuck behind a desk.
Passionate about progression-focused teaching and coaching.
Able to balance operational excellence with outstanding customer experience.
Comfortable driving enrolments, building community partnerships, and growing programs.
Flexible and available to work morning and afternoon shifts, including weekends.
