About the role The role oversees the full ANZ supply chain function and is responsible for maintaining and strengthening critical customer relationships through the delivery of exceptional service and operational outcomes.
Key responsibilities include: Leading a supply chain team across planning, logistics, warehousing and distribution Optimisation of national freight and delivery of cost-to-serve initiatives Managing customer-facing supply chain partnerships across multiple segments Providing strategic input on system enhancements to support stable supply operations Skills & Experience This opportunity is ideal for an experienced supply chain executive who thrives in environments of scale and enjoys balancing operational leadership with strategic customer engagement.
The successful candidate will bring: A track record of success in large, complex, multi-site manufacturing, FMCG or industrial environments Strong end-to-end supply chain leadership experience across planning, logistics, distribution and customer service Demonstrated commercial capability and confidence in front of major customers, ideally with experience managing large retail or industrial partners Deep experience in S&OP/IBP processes and the ability to influence cross-functional decision making This is a rare opportunity to step into a high-profile regional leadership role within a global organisation, working closely with an experienced and commercially focused CEO while leading a function undergoing ongoing optimisation and investment.
