We are looking for an **Assistant Training Manager** to support the Training Manager in the following ways:
- plan & manage the delivery of courses
- provide leadership & mentoring to the wider team
- assist in the strategy of business development & growth
- identify & implement strategies to support and engage our learners throughout their journey with genU Training
**Based in Geelong, this is a full-time, ongoing position.**
**About You**:
- Our ideal _**_Assistant Training Manager _**_will have:_
- Strong mentoring & leaderinship capabilities
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to effectively problem-solve
- Extensive experience in a Training Coordinator (or similar) role
- You will need:_
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- NDIS Worker Orientation Module Certificate
- All applicants will be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 and meet the requirements of the genU Covid-19 Vaccination Policy. You will be required to provide evidence of your vaccinations during the recruitment process
