Job Title: Lifestyle Services Officer
This role involves creating and implementing lifestyle programs that cater to the changing needs of residents.
Responsibilities:
* Design, deliver and monitor group and individual recreational activities
* Coordinate activities and therapies as directed by the Lifestyle Coordinator
* Ensure all activities comply with relevant Acts, legal demands and ethical standards
* Maintain documentation of activities according to Aged Care legislation requirements
* Facilitate community engagement opportunities
Requirements:
* Certificate 3 or 4 in Leisure & Lifestyle/Divisional Therapy
* Relevant qualification from a registered trade organisation (preferred)
* Experience in an Aged Care environment
* Highly organised and able to manage multiple tasks
* Professionalism at all times
* Strong computer skills, including MS Office Suite
* Initiative and excellent communication style
