* Starting Role: Trainee Trade Counter Salesperson
* Key Development: Extensive internal training across Sales, Operations, and Warehousing
* End Goal: Progression to Assistant Branch Manager and Branch Management positions and ultimately Senior Management role.

As part of your development, you'll be trained to:
* Trade and Retail Sales: Deliver exceptional over-the-counter customer service and technical product support to our trade and retail customers.
* Sales Processing: Prepare quotes, process sales orders, and invoicing accuracy.
* Warehousing & Logistics: Learn warehousing duties, including accurate goods receipt, stock rotation, and order pick/pack for delivery coordination.
* Operations: Learn to safely operate a forklift (training provided) and maintain a clean, safe, and organised workspace.
* Teamwork: Work closely with the Branch Manager and Assistant Branch Manager to ensure smooth daily operations.

* Hold a current Drivers Licence.
* The willingness to obtain a Forklift Licence.
* The physical capacity for manual handling requirements, including some heavy lifting and standing for extended periods.
