We are currently seeking passionate andexperienced Residential Support Worker to provide a safe, secureand welcoming environment to clients accessing our Broome basedFamily Domestic Violence Refuge. We have casualpositions and 3 part time permanentrosters available.Available Rosters:Roster 1:Roster 2:Week 2: Wed, Thurs 17:00- 22:00 (sleepover 22:00– 6:00)Roster 3:Week 1: Mon, Tues, 21:00 – 6:00, Fri, Sat 13:45– 21:15Week 2: Tues 21:00 – 6:00, Fri, Sat 06:00– 14:00Reporting to the Refuge Coordinator, you will provide crucialday-to-day care as part of a therapeutic support team providingemotional support and building resilience to those who come toheal.About youTo ensure a safe and supportive environment for womenexperiencing FDV, we are seeking female staff only for this role.This is essential to maintain a space where women can feelcomfortable, understood, and free from potential power imbalancesor trauma, allowing them to receive the support they need.You’re all about the safety and wellbeing of others andhave substantial relevant experience working with clients acrossdiverse cultures who are considered at risk and/or present withcomplex issues in a residential setting.
