REMAX Aspire is looking for a Head Brand Videographer & Editor to lead the visual storytelling of our brand and our agents.
This is not a traditional real estate videography role focused on property tours. Instead, this role is dedicated to brand storytelling, personal brand content, and social-first creative media that positions our agents and business as market leaders.
We are looking for a storyteller. Someone who wants to own their craft, bring creative direction, and help shape the voice of a modern real estate brand through video.
You’ll work closely with leadership and the marketing team to bring our content strategy to life through high-quality, platform-optimised video content across all social media channels.

The Role
As our Head Brand Videographer & Editor, you will lead the creation of brand and agent-focused video content across the business.
This includes everything from concept development and shoot planning through to filming, editing, and final delivery.
Your responsibilities will include:
Creative Direction & Storytelling
* Bringing the brand vision to life through high-quality, creatively led video content across all channels
* Owning the end-to-end video production process for always-on content and seasonal campaigns
* Researching, developing, and pitching original video concepts aligned with our content strategy and storytelling priorities
* Translating briefs into strong visual narratives that reflect our brand tone, aesthetic, and commercial goals
Production & Filming
* Planning and managing video shoots from pre-production through to final delivery
* Leading lighting, sound, framing, and all technical setup to ensure premium production quality
* Directing agents and on-camera contributors to capture authentic, engaging content
* Producing both long-form and short-form content optimised for social platforms
Editing & Post Production
* Editing and colour grading video content to a high professional standard
* Adding relevant brand elements, captions, and supporting graphics where required
* Delivering assets in the correct formats across multiple digital platforms
* Working closely with the brand and marketing team to ensure content aligns with campaign timelines and objectives
About You
You are a creative storyteller with strong production skills and the confidence to lead video content direction.
You will likely have:
* Proven experience in videography within a brand-led, creative, or social-first environment
* Strong capability across end-to-end production, from concept development to filming and post-production
* Advanced proficiency in video editing software such as Premiere Pro and colour grading tools
* Experience producing both campaign-level content and social-first video
* Confidence directing talent on camera to achieve strong visual outcomes
* A clear understanding of platform specifications and content optimisation across social media
* Strong time management and the ability to manage multiple shoots and deadlines
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate across teams
* A proactive mindset with strong ownership, creative confidence, and accountability

* Based in Chirn Park, Southport
* Occasional weekend or out-of-hours shoots may be required, with TOIL provided
