Contract role - Facilities Technical Coordinator - Inner Northside Brisbane - global industrial organisation

**Your new role**
You will look after all of the workplace services activities of their Brisbane office, ensuring they deliver value to their clients by ensuring quality service support and collaborating with vendor partners and suppliers.
Working closely with key stakeholders you will manage services and maintenance activities including:
- Workplace Services - upkeep of premises, managing soft collaboration and office services
- Facilities Maintenance - coordination and monitoring the contractor management program, coordinating maintenance schedules, ensuring activities are carried out safely and in line with statutory requirements and regulatory licences
- Front of House services - receive and manage business visitors and manage security and safety clearances
- Perform general administration and reporting tasks.
**What you'll need to succeed**
You will have energy and drive to deliver a strong customer experience, with a background in facilities operations/management and workplaces services. You will have a technical or trades background ideally and experience working in Critical Environment Management would be advantageous.
