About the Opportunity
We're on the lookout for an outcome driven HR Business Partner or HR Manager to join our People & Culture Team, based in Crows Nest.

* Act as the 21C to the Executive Manager P&C and trusted advisor to our leaders and franchise network
Key Responsibilities
* Collaborate with the Executive Manager P&C in developing and implementing programs that supports our strategy and employee experience – Talent Management, Engagement, Workforce Planning, Rem & Ben – the full spectrum
* As the SME, provide sound employment advice to our franchisees, leaders and employees
* Lead our group compliance audits with our franchisees and operational team
* Provide coaching to our leaders and franchisees to drive performance, lift capabilities, engagement and maintain compliance
* Lead the HR Coordinator in managing payroll, HRIS management and HR metrics reporting
* Work in collaboration with our Talent Acquisition and Safety colleagues to provide support to our stakeholders
About You
We're looking for someone who brings:
* Solid HR experience including HR Business Partnering experience within a fast paced environment
* Strong understanding and application of employment legislations including modern awards, Fair Work Act, NES etc.
* Confident in navigating complex ER/IR matters
* Expert in building and managing relationships via influencing, providing sound advice and effective business partnering
* Well versed in managing compliance and governance
* Thrives with working both strategically and operationally
* Curiosity and drive to make impactful changes
* Franchising experience highly desirable
