Position Overview: As a Part-Time Designer at KATALYST group, you will play a crucial role in creating visually compelling materials that enhance our brand image and effectively communicate our products to customers. Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop visual content for marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, digital ads, and social media graphics.
Design and maintain product labels and packaging graphics.
Create visually appealing presentations and sales materials.
Assist in the development and maintenance of the company's website.
Ensure brand consistency and adherence to design guidelines.
Stay up-to-date with design trends and industry best practices.
Manage multiple design projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field (preferred).
Proven experience in graphic design, including proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
Solid design portfolio showcasing your creative skills and versatility.
Excellent attention to detail and an eye for aesthetics.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a rapid-paced environment.
Strong communication and time-management skills.
Knowledge of web design and basic HTML/CSS is a plus.
