We are seeking to establish a pool of School Officers for permanent and fixed term, full‐time and part‐time vacancies which may arise during the 2026 school year and up to the end of Term 1, 2027. Appointments may be offered at any time for vacancies that commence during this period.

Denmark Primary School (PS) is an Independent Public School with a highly professional team of teachers and education assistants who provide evidence‐based, engaging teaching and learning programs across all learning areas. Each teacher at our school is part of a collaborative team which ensures whole‐school programs and assessments are consistent and that staff benefit from sharing their learning. The Role

We are looking for proactive, supportive, and versatile School Officers with exceptional communication skills and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.

Ideal applicants should be self‐motivated, capable of working independently, showing initiative, as well as being able to work collaboratively with our team.

Responsibilities for these roles encompass a range of functional areas within the school's corporate services, including financial processes, buildings and asset management, community engagement, and student administration.

* A two (2) page statement addressing the following selection criteria as outlined in the attached JDF: Demonstrated experience in providing general office administrative support with ability to organise and prioritise tasks effectively. Demonstrated ability to use computers and a range of application software packages, particularly databases, spreadsheets and word processing. Demonstrated good verbal and written communication skills, including application of customer service principles and practices. Demonstrated good interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team environment.
